Orders
What's your minimum order?
We don’t have a strict minimum. Our bulk pricing starts at 25 T-shirts / tank tops and 12 hoodies / sweatshirts. Small orders are also welcome and quoted individually.
Do you accept small orders?
Yes. Orders below our bulk pricing quantities are welcome and quoted individually. Pricing varies depending on the garment, quantity, artwork, and print method.

T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tank tops - and more on request.
Artwork
What file types do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are preferred.
If you do upload an image (JPG, JPEG, PNG) please make sure it's high resolution (300 DPI is best). If it requires alot of cleanup, there may be an extra charge.
What if my design isn’t print-ready?
We can clean it up. If it needs a lot of work, there may be an extra charge.
How many colors can you print?
For screen printing, up to 6 colors. DTF allows for full-color artwork.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the garment, quantity, number of colors, and print locations. Check out our pricing page for starting bulk prices, or request a quote for exact pricing.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Per-item pricing generally decreases as order quantity increases.
Production
What printing methods do you use?
We offer both screen printing and DTF printing. The best method depends on your artwork, quantity, garment, and number of colors.
Will I see a proof before my order is printed?
Yes. We’ll send you a digital mock-up for approval before production begins. Nothing goes into production until you’re happy with the mock-up.
How long does it take?
Typically 10-14 business days after design approval & payment. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time.
When do I pay?
Full payment is required after design mock-up approval, before moving into production.
Can I make changes after approval?
Once your design is approved and production starts, changes usually aren’t possible.

What brands do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of garment brands and styles, including Gildan, ATC, Comfort Colors, Shaka Wear, Champion, Bella+Canvas, Canada Sportswear, and more. If you're looking for something specific, just let us know and we'll see what we can find.
Can I bring my own garments?
No — we only print on garments we source. This keeps quality consistent and avoids issues during printing.
How long do prints last?
Both screen printing and DTF are made to last. We use professional-grade inks and high-quality transfers to ensure a durable print that will hold up for years with proper care.
Will the garments shrink?
We use quality blanks, but some shrinkage is normal depending on how they’re washed and dried.
Do you offer refunds?
All orders are custom-made, so refunds aren’t offered on approved orders unless there’s a defect or an issue on our end. If there is a problem with your order, get in touch and we’ll make it right.

Yes. We ship orders across Canada and the USA.
What payment methods do you accept?
E-transfer, credit/debit card, and cash.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
We currently do not offer local pickup, but we can deliver in and around Winnipeg.
