Orders
Whats your minimum order?
Minimum order quantity is 25 for T-Shirts, 12 for hoodies.
Do you offer single prints?
No. We currently only do bulk orders, although we may offer a small order service some time in the near future.
What can I order?
T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tank tops - and more on request.
Artwork
What file types do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are preferred.
If you do upload an image (JPG, JPEG, PNG) please make sure it's of high resolution (300 DPI is best). If it requires alot of cleanup, there may be an extra charge.
What if my design isn’t print-ready?
We can clean it up. If it needs a lot of work, there may be an extra charge.
How many colors can you print?
Up to 6 colors per design.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
Pricing can vary greatly depending on quantity, colors, and print locations. Check out our pricing page for a rough idea or request a quote.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Higher quantity orders will get more significant discounts.
Production
How long does it take?
Typically 10-14 business days after design approval & payment.
When do I pay?
Full payment is required after design mock-up approval, before moving into production.
Can I make changes after approval?
Once your design is approved and production starts, changes usually aren’t possible.

Can I bring my own garments?
No — we only print on garments we source. This keeps quality consistent and avoids issues during printing.
How long do prints last?
Screen prints are made to last. When done properly, they won’t crack or peel like cheaper alternatives.
Will the garments shrink?
We use quality blanks, but some shrinkage is normal depending on how they’re washed and dried.
Do you offer refunds?
All orders are custom, so refunds aren’t offered unless there’s a defect or issue on our end.
Payment & Delivery
What payment methods do you accept?
E-transfer and cash.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
We currently do not offer local pickup, but we can deliver in and around Winnipeg.
